I’ve worked as an Operations Manager at various digital businesses for six years before becoming a coach. These businesses had many problems. Unstable revenue. Scrambling to hit last minute deadlines. The boss stuck working IN the business. Long Hours. No systems in place.
“Organised” chaos. Staff not on the same page. You get the idea.
But it wasn’t until I developed an easy way to systemise their operations that we were able to permanently overcome these challenges.
It turned out that a lot of these problems have the same solution: better systems.
So what I was responsible for was creating those better systems for generating leads, closing sales, efficiently onboarding clients and to somewhat productise the service we were providing.
And over the years I got pretty good at this and was able to help these businesses charge higher prices, close more sales, efficiently delegate everything and expand the business without the boss having to work evenings or weekends or be stressed out.
There’s so many really talented Founders who are very good at what they do but just really struggle with all the other stuff that comes along with that. Managing staff. Managing client expectations. Generating leads. Following up sales. It’s so rewarding to be able to solve these problems and fix this sense of overwhelm.
So a year ago I decided to set up my own consulting business where I help other Digital Business Owners fix these problems.
Now my mission is to help Digital Business Owners to convert their chaotic businesses into the smooth-running machines that enable the lifestyle they initially dreamed of.
